What we collect

We collect the information needed to arrange and complete your booking: your name, contact number, pickup and destination addresses, trip time, passenger numbers, and any requirements you tell us about such as a child restraint or a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Where a trip is completed, we hold the trip record, the fare and the payment method used, as required under the Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Act 2016.

How we use it

Your information is used to allocate a vehicle, communicate with your driver, complete the trip, issue a receipt, and respond to any question or complaint about the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

The driver allocated to your booking receives the details necessary to complete the trip. We may disclose information to the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner, NSW Police or another authority where we are required to do so by law.

Retention and security

Trip and booking records are retained for the periods required by NSW point to point transport regulation, then securely destroyed. Access to booking data is limited to staff who need it to run the service.
