About us

Cabsby XL is a trading name of Kanloke Pty Ltd, ABN 38 667 657 945, authorised by the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner as a Taxi Service Provider (TSP-437015) and a Booking Service Provider (BSP-437016).

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we accept it and allocate a vehicle. Where a specific requirement is involved, such as a child restraint, a wheelchair accessible vehicle or a vehicle of a particular capacity, that requirement must be stated at the time of booking so we can confirm availability.

We will always try to meet a short notice request, but we cannot guarantee a specialised vehicle or restraint without advance notice.

Fares

Metered trips are charged in accordance with the fare structure determined for taxis in New South Wales. Tolls and the passenger service levy are shown separately on the fare calculation device and itemised on your receipt.

Where a fixed quote has been confirmed in advance for a pre booked trip, that quote applies in place of the metered fare for the trip as quoted. Material changes to the trip, such as additional stops or a changed destination, may change the price.

Your responsibilities

Passengers must wear seatbelts, must not smoke or vape in the vehicle, and must not behave in a way that is unsafe or that interferes with the driver. Children must travel in an approved restraint appropriate to their age and size.

You are responsible for the cost of cleaning or repair where a vehicle is soiled or damaged during your trip.

Liability

We take reasonable care to arrive on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other matters outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If something goes wrong, contact us at info@cabsbyxl.com.au or 02 7227 1277 and we will investigate. Complaints can also be made to the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner.
